Try out seafood such as lobsters, tiger prawns, octopus, shark, barracuda putta, sea urchins, baked crabs and Japanese tuna salad to local vegetarian dishes. All the food I prepared from freshly procured ingredients and no preservative is used with the exception of jam, cream and pickles. Fresh fish is caught from the sea and vegetable and fruits are grown in the resort’s garden.
